SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
If the purchased item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of submitting the order to avoid charges. Notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org If your order has already been processed please allow five to seven (5-7) business days for a refund.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Sale Items
- Wall Offers
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
- A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
When we receive an order from our website GreenDoorCBD.com, it will be processed within 1 business day. After your order has been processed, please allow two to seven (1-7) business days for delivery. If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. We will provide shipment information to you to track your packages as soon as they are shipped by emailing, SMS messaging, and sending through Messenger apps.
- We offer Free Standard Shipping anywhere in the United States. (orders over $ 75)
- We offer additional shipping through FedEx and UPS and this is a cost that pay for.
